NEW for Fall Winter 2014: Valentino Sneakers with Stripe Detail
Lately, sneaker fever has hit an all time high. Sportive designs andd high fashion versions alike were well embraced by fashion conscious males all over the world. The allure of sneakers became so overwhelming that sporting theme became an important influence for designers for Fall Winter 2014. Most noteworthy were Givenchy's Basketball inspirations. Dries Van Noten also caught on the appeal of parachute trousers and John Galliano want men to take cycling tights onto fashion highway.
Credit for this sports interest can be attributed to the brands like New Balance and most notably Valentino who successfully match-make high fashion and sports with their highly successful Rockrunner sneakers. And for Fall Winter 2014, Valentino is further propagating the sporty frenzy.
If you are already a fan of Valentino’s rockrunner sneakers... rejoice. There is a new design for Fall Winter 2014 that is a must have and will offer a new option to expand your winter wardrobe. This time the new sneaker design is less running shoe and more basketball sneakers reminiscent of Converse's versions. But Valentino has up the luxe factor with fine leather and injected interesting details such as an eye catching colour stripe wrapped around the middle portion while embellishing the rear with their signature square studs. The result is a luxurious design that is both functional and appealing. This new design even got featured in Valentino's new FW2014 shoe ad campaign as shot by Terry Richardson.
